It's a new and growing networking site that is booming amongst all kinds of people with all types of interests and hobbies. Of course, I'm tweeting with many fellow Etsians and crafters, but you'll find a crazy mix of people on there!
I like to think of it as a mini-blog.
Limited to 140-character max for each update, I can keep fellow tweeters in the know about where I am, what I'm working on, or what's on my mind. Keeping up with this blog is fun, but for all the nitty-gritty details, Twitter does the job. Better yet? It's easy to communicate with fellow tweeters with the "@Reply" function, and it's really just one big chatroom.
I joined literally two nights ago... and already have 143 followers! And I'm gaining more as we speak! So, if you're a budding independent business, or just someone who likes to network with others, I recommend you join in... and add me as your first tweeter!
